Four modes of transportation come together at Brookley:

1. Water - deep water dock at Arlington Point
   
   
2. Air - a 9,600 ft and a 7,800 ft long runways; both 150 ft wide
   
   
3. Rail - CSX
   
   
4. Road - Interstate 10 with two exits to Brookley intersects with Interstate 65 approximately 2 miles west of Brookley
   • I-10 connects Jacksonville, FL with Santa Monica, CA
   • I-65 connects Mobile, AL with Chicago, IL
